Organize with lists, notes, priorities & tags
Once you've got tasks flowing in, a little structure keeps everything calm. Locodo gives you several light-touch ways to organize — use as many or as few as you like.
Lists
Create colorful lists for the different areas of your life — Work, Home, Shopping, Errands. Each list has its own color so it's easy to scan. Open the Lists tab, add a list, and drag tasks to reorder them by hand. Tap a list to see just those tasks.
Priorities & the priority filter
Give a task a priority — High, Medium or Low — and it shows a colored flag. On the Tasks screen, a one-tap priority filter lets you zero in on just your high-priority items when the day gets busy. Your priority breakdown also appears in Insights.
Tags & sub-tasks
Add tags (like #urgent or #calls) to slice across lists, and break big items into sub-tasks so a daunting task becomes a simple checklist. There's even an on-device “break into steps” helper to get you started.
The Notes section
Not everything is a task. Locodo has a dedicated Notes tab for capturing ideas, meeting notes and lists that don't need due dates:
- Day-wise — notes are automatically grouped by the day you wrote them.
- Color — tint each note so related ones stand out at a glance.
- Category / label — tag a note (Work, Ideas, Personal…) and filter to just that category.
- Voice notes — tap the mic in a note and speak; your words are transcribed on your device.
💡 Keep it simple. Start with one or two lists and add priorities only when a day has more than you can do. Structure should reduce friction, not add it.
Smart views & agenda
Across all your lists, smart views (Today, Tomorrow, Upcoming, Overdue, No Date, Completed) and the day-by-day Agenda give you the big picture without any manual sorting.
